It's located somewhere behind Ironwood mall, where all those companies are. When I went in, it's pretty quiet, there was this man talking with them. There were chocolates and other treats around the store so if you drop by without ordering online you can still purchase there. I believe the cakes, you would have to purchase in advance.
I ordered the Venezuela Ocumare Intensely Chocolate Terrine ($23.99) and the Mousse Chocolate Milk ($4.99). When Cindy brought the cake down, I thought that looks quite small and she put it in a big box. The mousse isn't that big either but it's alright, it's hand crafted stuff, worth a try.
They were very nice, Cindy explained to me that the cake must be chilled half hour to an hour before eating. The mousse if I'm not eating that same day or the next day then I have to put it in the freezer.
The Venezuela Ocumare Intensely Chocolate Terrine was very pretty, nice presented. The outside, I think it's a layer of very thin chocolate, almost like cocoa powder. When I cut into it, the first layer was mousse, then a layer of soft ish chocolate, a crunchy layer and a black layer of cookie like layer. I thought it tasted very good, it wasn't as sweet as I thought it would be. It was filling, even thought it looks small (split into 4 pieces, pictures below).
The Mousse Chocolate Milk was very pretty as well. The top layer were little tiny crunchy balls, then a layer of passionfruit sauce or something, then a layer of mousse. I love those tiny balls, I tried those before from the VCC cakes the chef brought to work, so cool. The passionfruit part had a sourish taste which goes really well with the chocolate mousse, doesn't feel as filling. The chocolate mousse, I thought it wasn't as firm as the mousse from the cake but not bad.
Overall, I love both items and I will purchase again because I wanted to try their other cakes and mousse.
