Man Kei Cart Noodles (文記車仔麵) Review

I live nearby so I can just find stuff to eat easily but sometimes there are too much to choose from. This one was located on Fuk Wing Street.

Parents and brother said this place is not bad so decided to try. This is where you pick what kind of noodle you want to eat and what toppings you want on your noodle. The place was packed with people and there were a line up.

Service...the lady asked what I want I said first item, she asked and then? I said second item. She said and then? I repeated second item because I thought she didn't hear me and she was still working on the first item. Then she said I know, and then? I felt like I was yelled at. ><

I ordered the potatoe noodle with pork hock, spicy squid and beef tendon. I don't remember the price, I did not pay. Thanks!

The potatoe noodle had no taste but very chewy.

The pork hock were very soft but not enough flavour.

The squid was very chewy and quite easy to chew. It wasn't that spicy for me. I want spicier.

Beef tendon was easy to chew as well, ok flavoured.

Overall, not bad, I believe it was a reasonable price but don't know how much. I would come back again but I would only go with someone and not alone.

Heads up, you line up to order first and then after you get your noodle, you pick a place to sit. If you get a seat, you will just be sitting there, you will never get your food.
