Chouette (Owl Cafe)

So I've been to a cat café in Taiwan, a sheep café in Korea and now an Owl café in Japan. Where shall I go next?

Anyways, I saw this place online and decided to go. It's a nice place. I don't think there are any smell. The owls are located on the left side and people drink and stuff on the right side of the café.

It's pretty expensive, it costs $1500 yen. You get one hour there and one drink. Honestly, I wasn't there for the drink. Got a cappuccino and it was so bitter even though I put a pack of sugar in already.

Anyways, the owls were so cute but I feel like they aren't happy. And I understand. Who would want to be chained down and be looked at like dolls everyday.

I see the people taking care of them. I guess they are treated well? Some of them didn't want pictures and I understand. I didn't want to bother them.

I really like this practical one, so tiny and so cute. Huge eyes and looks shy. Reminds me of myself except the tiny and huge eyes hehe. But it didn't want a picture. =(

Overall, it's a nice experience. Pricey but I think it's worth it.

Pictures on IG.
