Saw Fedex guy again. He is the only young courier guy that would actually talk to me. =) He asked if the box is heavy. I said "yes, well, to me it is". He laughed and asked if I'm doing anything for the weekend. I said "nothing, Father's Day". He said "oh yeah, I forgot". A lot of people don't seem to remember or care about Father's Day. I understand why fathers aren't as important as mothers. They didn't have to go through that much pain lol! I also found out his name hehe.
We have this new opening line for the phones and I want to kill someone about it! That is one long opening. I honestly don't know what big company thinks. Yes, they want to be as professional as possible but really WHO GIVES A F!? Most of the people don't even care what the opening is and most of the stuff they probably can't even hear. Do they not think about these stuff? Or the people that comes up with these just don't know how we feel because they have never been in our shoes before? They just don't know how we feel because all they do is pick up the damn phone that we transfer to them! Maybe you should try sitting here saying that same long sh*t a million times a day. POS! Dealers have already been saying "that is a mouthful or oh, you changed your line". Yea, forced to...
Just because of this crap, I don't want to go to work. I hate change, especially bad changes. Sigh, prince charming, please save me!!! =(
I've had a few comments from dealers about our new long a** phone script. Most of them asked why so long or something like that. One said it's ok if it's long, your voice is pretty. Thanks, but you won't know how I feel. I simply asked them to just cut me off.
The brand called and after my long speech...she said sorry, dial wrong number. I was like ABCDEF you! Then some guy called to ask about our hours. I'm thinking, can't you look that up online? WTF!
