Finally finished "Faraway Bride", I think I cried in almost every episode. There were always some touching moments. I think every women in these stories are very brave. They all sacrifice everything that they had in Hong Kong and decided to move to another place just for love. If you ask me...I'm not sure if I would do that just for love. First of all, I don't think I can leave my family. They are my everything.
I like how it somewhat encourage us to keep believing that there are still true love out there. There are guys that are super kind, loyal, honest and will never give up. I wish a guy like that would appear too but I don't really know if they still exist. Just like how I think I'm rare but those guys never found out... I guess Tian has already planned out everything.
There were 2 stories that I really like. 2 of the ladies had sickness or some problems and the guys didn't disappear but they stayed by them and never gave up. They accepted who they were. Do you still believe these guys exist? Very rare...
I also watched "Life on the line", not an interesting drama but I really like the phases that they say at the beginning or the end of the drama. It's those meaningful lines. Not great at translating...
"People say time will heal every wound, it's wrong, some wound will never heal after a long time because that wound isn't only on you but on the people that care about you. Whenever that wound hurts, those people will hurt too ... After the pain, it doesn't only grow new skin but braveness"
"Everyday we meet a lot of people and each encounter has different meanings. Some will become lovers, some will become great friends. They are here to challenge you, help you and most of the time, to bring out the best of you. Each encounter will change your life. Between meeting and leaving we all learn a lesson, to love and to be loved." - I quite like this one.
"Fate let us meet again. It's not that we don't want to forget but some things can't be forgotten. There won't be a forgiving ending for every sorry." - So true!
More lines next time, too many.
This 2-year-old and her giant poodle embody the term 'friendship goals,' and the internet is in love
That is very cute!
