Bye 2018 Hello 2019

Happy New Year everyone!

2018 wasn't a great year but it wasn't bad either. I did a lot of new things like kickboxing, paintball, bubble soccer and others. I ate as much as I can lol.

The biggest one of all was that I gained a lot of experiences by putting myself out there this year. I think it's a big step for me because I honestly didn't want to do that but I realized I have nothing to lose, just meeting new people. I learned that there are people that actually likes me and would do things for me but too bad, they weren't "the one". I'm thankful though.

I think I became much more confident from each encounter. I learned to just be myself, if they don't like me then don't, they aren't the only guys in this world. From other experiences, I've noticed that something good is waiting for me but I just have to let these bad ones go first. This is just the process where I'm learning what kind of guy I'm looking for and how I should be treated. I'm 100% sure that the right one will come along soon but I won't have high hopes on it.

Resolutions, hm...I did one for last year, let's see how much I have accomplished at the end of this post.

For 2019, I hope I can do the following, not in any particular order.
  • Spend more time with my family including Hun B
  • 8 year retirement, get what I want!
  • Go back to kickboxing and meet more new people or other exercise class
  • Keep working on my networking experience, not hoping for anything anymore just go and meet people and maybe write about it on here like before. Gain more experience.
  • Keep up with my confidence and be myself
  • Lose 5lbs (yea, don't think I accomplished this for 2018...lol. I only live once, don't even know what will happen tomorrow, eat to the max!)
  • Go back to exercising and do that damn splits
  • Stop buying lipsticks!!!
  • Learn something new, activities or skills
  • Keep volunteering whenever I can, do other volunteer events
  • Somehow spend my 7 days of vacation, anywhere
  • Learn Chinese dishes from mommy
My 2018 resolutions:
  • Work hard for my super duper early retirement in 9 years
  • Do more charitable events, not just those game events, more like environmental clean up or something that actually help people
  • Keep doing my exercise... still working on my splits, somewhat close, getting lazy
  • Keep waiting for prince charming to save me from the evil "step mother" (My Cinderella Story)
  • Find more creative courses, it's so hard to find them here...
  • Try to become an even better person (I think I'm already pretty good so no need, just meeting people that aren't so great)
  • Meet more people and become more and more confident, hopefully not overly confident (I think I'm getting better at this now)
  • Try to eat less junk food, trying but I love eating (I did when I had kickboxing because I had no time)
  • Lose 5lbs, this is gonna be hard, don't think it will happen
  • Must go on vacation, anywhere, who wants to go with me?
  • Stop spending so much money on useless stuff, this is hard too
  • Play with little princess everyday, sometimes I get lazy and don't play with her, not good! (Not everyday but I did)
  • Spend more time with the fam (I think I did)
  • Keep blogging and pouring all my feelings out (Almost everyday but I'm gonna cut back in 2019)
  • Learn to let things go, I feel like I'm still holding onto something that I shouldn't be holding onto... (Not completely but I think I did when I had someone new in mind)
