I thought the place looked tiny from the outside but it's ok big. Well, not that big but ok. Staff were nice.
I really like their menu, it's on a wood.
We ordered 2 triple black garlic ramen ($12.50 each). You get to choose hard or soft noodle, fatty or lean cha sui.
When the ramen came, the noodle reminds me of the ones in Japan. They were really thin. The size was ok, not that big. The soup was ok, not too salty, had a garlic taste but with a bit of a burnt ish taste. The garlic pieces gave me a burnt ish taste so I didn't like it. The ramen was good texture and I like how it's so thin. The cha sui was very flavoured, a bit salty. The egg was nice.
Overall not bad. I would come back but I need to bring someone that knows how to eat crabs because I don't know how and I wanted to try their king seafood ramen.
