I saw this place online and I've never been there before so decided to go. The décor was pretty nice, I love wood stuff. The place is ok size, it was empty ish but filled up quite quickly.
The service was not bad, they were nice. They all speak Canto or Mando. The boss or someone asked if we want refill for the side dishes and he brought us this huge rectangular ramekin of potatoes. They also gave us this card at the end for next time, forgot what it was for.
We ordered the cold noodle in slushy soup ($12.95), soupless cold noodle ($12.95), japchae ($16.95) and non spicy seafood soup ($14.95).
The slushy soup cold noodle was not bad but I liked the soupless one better. This one had a tangy taste to it, the noodle was very chewy and it was this opaque brown looking type of noodle, not glass noodle though. They actually put a slice of watermelon in it.
The soupless one had a mild spicy hot chili sauce on it. It wasn't that spicy if 2 of my friends who doesn't eat spicy can handle it. They used this white noodle for it and it was also very chewy. Both noodle didn't have much toppings, only 2 slice of beef, 1 to half an egg, some veggie.
The japchae was not bad, glass noodle was chewy. I thought the flavour was ok but my friend wanted it to be sweeter.
The seafood soup looked very white without the spicy paste. It still had a lot of flavour from the seafood so it was good.
Yes, I would come again. I want to try their army stew but seems quite expensive.

Actually I've been there 3 times including the above. Well, 4 times but one time they were closed (Tuesday).
Second time, my friend was craving so we went again. I ordered the kimchi tofu soup ($14.95) and friend got the seafood pancake ($19.95) and the soupless cold noodle above.
I thought the kimchi soup wasn't as good as the seafood one. It wasn't too spicy which was ok.
I tried a bit of the seafood pancake and I really like it. It was very crispy and tasted good. I can't explain much because I only had a tiny bite.
We ordered the pancake, soupless cold noodle (above) and the pork bone hot pot ($29.95). I wanted the rice cake hot pot but then we can't adjust the spiciness for that one (friends can't eat spicy). The pork one can be adjusted and we asked for chili pepper on the side.
The pork hot pot was not bad, very flavoured. The pork bones were super soft. I only remember eating a pork bone from that hot pot, I don't remember eating anything else from it.
Overall, not a bad place. I feel like we will come here again someday. They give you a cold noodle card every time you come. Great way to get you coming back again and again lol.
